Format and Reinstall with backup:

• Personal Files (Pictures, Documents, and Music), copied from infected hard drive
  
• Hard drive is formatted
  
• Windows is reinstalled - You must provide the Windows CD and Key
  
• Windows is configured with all updates including Service Packs
  
• Microsoft Office is installed - You must provide the installation CD and Key
  
• Anti-Virus Software, Usually Free AVG. Or another anti-virus program provided by you.
  
• Adobe Acrobat installed
  
• Shockwave installed
  
• Java installed
  
• Quicktime & iTunes installed
  
• Spy Bot Search and Destroy - Removes Spyware installed and configured
  
• Divx - Helps play videos from the web installed
  
• Personal files are placed back onto the hard drive in the Documents folder.
  
  
• Printer and Scanner Software: I need to know the exact model of the printer and scanner. This is sometimes found on the front, but many times the exact model is found on the bottom or back of the device. Please be very specific when gathering this information.
